Tasha and Bryan Harris are hosting a pop-up at Oakley Wines.
Head bartender Tasha is helping Bryan in the kitchen to create Korean dishes including:
- Caviar and shrimp chips — citrus kosho créme fraiche
- Kimchijeon — kimchi pancake with scallion mayo and gochujang
- Samgak Kimbap — triangle kimbap with mushroom filling
- Bo Ssam — braised pork shoulder with lettuce, rice and ssamjang sauce
- Korean Bakery Honey Toast — milk bread, whipped cream, strawberry and yuzu
There will also be soju cocktails, aromatic wines, bubbles and beer.
