Oakley Wines Hosts a 'Korean Drinking Food' and Cocktail Pop-Up

Tasha and Bryan Harris are hosting a pop-up at Oakley Wines.

Head bartender Tasha is helping Bryan in the kitchen to create Korean dishes including:

  • Caviar and shrimp chips — citrus kosho créme fraiche
  • Kimchijeon — kimchi pancake with scallion mayo and gochujang
  • Samgak Kimbap — triangle kimbap with mushroom filling
  • Bo Ssam — braised pork shoulder with lettuce, rice and ssamjang sauce
  • Korean Bakery Honey Toast — milk bread, whipped cream, strawberry and yuzu

There will also be soju cocktails, aromatic wines, bubbles and beer.
