Oakley Wines celebrates Provençe with food and wine.
Chef Lydia Jackman will be preparing a menu with ratatouille, clams, salt cod, fresh melon and prosciutto, goat-cheese-stuffed squash blossoms, a Provençe-inspired cheese list and lavender ice cream.
For booze, look for pastis; red, white and rosé wine from Provençe by the glass, carafe or bottle; and lavender-infused drinks.
