From the owners of Agave & Rye comes a new fast-casual concept: Papi Jocho's Street Dogs and Cantina.

This new eatery will open on May 5 at 633 Madison Ave. in Covington, and will focus on delivery and carry-out to "cater to the unique experience many Americans are facing today — and beyond," reads a release.

“It’s been a thrill to bring the concept for Papi Jocho’s to life. Now, more than ever, we know it can bring a little levity to the Covington community,” says Yavonne Sarber, founder of Papi Jocho’s and Agave & Rye, in a release. “We want to provide a dining experience unlike any other — whether guests are ordering delivery, carry-out or dining in, once that’s an option. We know Papi Jocho’s will be a much-needed piece of excitement amidst the current pandemic.”

The menu will feature street dogs like the Camrones Gubanador Papi Jochos, topped with fresh grilled shrimp, onions, cilantro, queso Oaxaca and Chili de Arbol; or the Al Pastor Papi Jochos, with grilled pork, onions, cilantro and pineapple salsa.

In addition to eats, there will also be a menu of housemade sangria and margaritas.
