The new Skyline Breakfast Coney

It’s the answer to all of Cincinnati’s prayers (kinda): A new breakfast menu from Skyline is landing, but it’ll only be available at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

While not easily accessible, the new Skyline breakfast food might just be the nudge you need to book that vacation; you’ll just need to book an early flight to snag the Breakfast Coney, Breakfast Chilito, Breakfast Way or Breakfast Burrito:

Skyline Breakfast Coney

Features a sausage link topped with Skyline Chili, egg, mustard, diced onions and shredded cheddar cheese in a steamed bun.

Skyline Breakfast Chilito

Skyline Chili, egg, hash browns and shredded cheddar cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla and served with a side of Jalapeño Ranch.

Skyline Breakfast Way

Hash brown rounds topped with Skyline Chili and shredded cheddar cheese.

Skyline Breakfast Burrito

Your choice of sausage or bacon, plus egg, cheese, hashbrowns, onions and shredded cheddar cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla and served with a side of Jalapeño Ranch.

Skyline says it collaborated with chef Robert Sieber for the menu. The menu will only be served at CVG in the chili chain’s Concourse B location.

First founded by Greek immigrants, the chili parlor pours the Queen City staple over spaghetti or hot dogs and tops it with a mound of cheese, oyster crackers and — depending on your taste preference — onions and beans. Also available are chili burritos, fries and vegetarian chili, which is made with black beans and rice.
