The Rhined recently opened an education and private event space right next to their Over-the-Rhine cheese shop.
Owners Stephanie and Dave Webster, who own The Rhined and Oakley Wines, opened Bloom Room this week.
According to The Rhined’s website, the space, which hosts up to 30 people, offers a curated wine list plus a full bar and “chef-created catering menu and cheese.”
The Rhined will also host events in the space like the upcoming Get Cultured evenings where The Rhined-certified cheese professionals will educate guests and, of course, there will be plenty of wine.
Winemakers François de Monal Cofondateur of Les Équilibristes and Laura Bret of Alta Alella will be at the upcoming event, which is set for March 30. Guests will get to try five wines paired perfectly with five snacks.
Opened in 2017, The Rhined stocks a collection of the best hand-selected domestic cheeses.
