The Avett Brothers entered the mainstream with the their 2009 major label debut, I and Love and You, and the North Carolina group has continued to be a major draw ever since.
Unfortunately, you'll have to take a road trip to see the band, because they're not coming to Cincinnati.
The Folk-Rock band has announced the dates of a summer tour, and the group will perform on June 10 at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica in Cleveland. A ticket presale begins at noon Thursday, Jan. 20, and to the general public at noon Friday, Jan. 21.
Avett Brothers fans who can't wait for summer can hit Louisville a bit earlier. The band will play the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville on Saturday, March 26. Tickets are on sale now.
They are also playing Indianapolis' MacAllister Amphitheater in Garfield Park on Aug. 20 and 21. The first show sold out so quickly, another one was added. Tickets for that show go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Jan. 21.
