People love to love the easy listening tunes of singer/songwriter Josh Groban. (According to his Wikipedia entry, the man was the No. 1 best-selling artist in America in 2007 with 22.3 million records.)

This summer's 25-city tour — which launches in Detroit in June — will be in support of Groban's 2020 album Harmony. He released a version called Harmony Deluxe in 2021 with "six additional renditions of timeless classics," according to a release.

Groban will stop at Riverbend Music Center on June 18. The New Orleans Preservation Hall Jazz Band, violinist/vocalist Lucia Micarelli and singer/songwriter Eleri Ward are also on the bill.

Josh Groban fan club members will be able to access tickets starting on Feb. 1, as will Citi cardmembers, who can snag tickets at citientertainment.com from 10 a.m. Feb. 1-10 p.m. Feb. 3.  Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Feb. 4 at ticketmaster.com and riverbend.org.

“After far too long feeling torn away from my favorite part of my musical life, live performance, it is with huge excitement and gratitude to announce that I’ll be back doing what I do best and love most with the Harmony Tour,” Groban says in a release.

“It will be more than a concert for me…it will be a celebration of connection with my friends, fans and colleagues who have been my anchors during the last couple of years and during the course of my career. I hope you’ll join us for these beautiful nights of music,” he continues.

As of now, all guests who attend Groban's shows must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. That may be subject to change.
