Some ’80s Heavy Metal hitmakers are teaming up for "The Big Rock Summer Tour," which will bring them to Cincinnati in June.

The tour featuring Ratt, Skid Row, Slaughter and Cinderella's Tom Keifer — four bands that, according to a tour press release, have collectively sold more than 60 million albums — will come to Riverbend's PNC Pavilion on June 10.

Tickets ($24-$87.50) go on sale Friday, March 13 at 10 a.m. via ticketmaster.com.

“We’re looking forward to layin’ it down on The Big Rock Summer Tour," says Stephen Pearcy of Ratt (whose hits included "Round and Round" and, as the play on words indicates, "Lay It Down") in a press release. "The band is firing on all cylinders and more than ready for the shows with some great bands. Let the games begin!”

“We are celebrating 30 years of kick ass rock … and promise to bring a 100% live, loud, leave it all on the stage, #keiferband style rock show in every city," adds Keifer, whose band Cinderella had hits with songs like "Shake Me,” “Don’t Know What You Got (Til It’s Gone)” and “Nobody’s Fool." In February, Keifer performed to a packed house at Bogart's.

Skid Row has been touring the past several years with South African vocalist ZP Theart handling frontman duties. Original singer Sebastian Bach has been touring on his own; last year he played the Blue Note in Harrison, Ohio on his tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of Skid Row's debut album.
