Top Cats to Host First 'Battle of the Bands' Competition for Cincinnati Musicians This Summer

Local club Top Cats (which reopened last year in Corryville under new management) is hosting a “battle of the bands” competition this summer and is currently taking submissions.

According to a press release, Top Cats’ “Last Band Standing” contest will award over $10,000 in cash and prizes to the winners. There will be four rounds with four acts over four nights in July (July 12, 13, 26 and 27), with the victors from each night going on to compete in the finals on Aug. 2.

Submissions are being accepted until June 1 via cloudpresskit.com. There is a $10 submission fee.
