Comments: The handyman's special at 234 Renner St. has two stories, two bedrooms, a full basement — and a date with a wrecking crew.
The building has been condemned, according to David Edwards, supervisor of inspections for the Cincinnati Buildings and Inspections Department.
According to Edwards, the foundation wall of the building has collapsed.
Edwards says the building was condemned in October 2000 and has been bid for demolition. He says that city hopes to have the building torn down within the next 60 days.
"It's been basically abandoned since we condemned it," Edwards says.
The owner could not be reached for comment.
