Cincinnati police say they are on the scene of an incident inside the Target location in Oakley, 3245 Geier Drive.
Police say to avoid the area while officers investigate, adding that they will provide more information soon.
RIGHT NOW: There is an active police investigation happening at the Target in Oakley. There was NOT an active shooter. Please avoid the shopping center while our officers continue their investigation. We will have officers in the area directing traffic. Follow CPD for more.

Previously, the situation was thought to involve an active shooter. Earlier videos from the scene show police cars and firetrucks lining the entrance to the store.
