There will be some excellent Pop/Rock music from both edges of the U.S. to help chase away those early week doldrums. Boston's Calendar Girl will be pulling into Sudsy Malone's in support of their new release, {Everyone But You}, a clever collection of well-constructed songs delivered with a sugar-buzz drive and an emotive, occasionally playful bent. Also on the bill will be Adam Marsland (pictured) lead singer for the California-based Pop crew Cockeyed Ghost, who is in the midst of a cross-country acoustic tour in support of his band's latest, Ludlow 6:18. The album continues Marsland's tradition of Power Pop steeped in the classics, with an especially hearty nod to Beach Boys' frontman Brian Wilson.

At Sudsy Malone's on Monday with The Gazelles and Post Haste.
