Wednesday evening there will be a discussion on “Art and Privacy” at Cincinnati Art Museum as part of programming for the Eyes on the Street photography exhibition. Cincinnati Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell and civil rights lawyer Alphonse Gerhardstein will discuss the issue in the museum’s 300-seat Fath Auditorium.
