Art: V+V Teaching Artist Program Graduation Ceremony

Visionaries + Voices will celebrate the graduation of this semester’s Teaching Artist Program students with a ceremony and exhibition at their Northside location. As part of the program, V+V provides artists who attend the studio with opportunities to present their work and teach in community and classroom settings. These teaching artists go through a rigorous 30-week individualized visual arts training program that covers everything from public speaking to lesson planning. Teaching Artist Program participants student-teach for 10 weeks in classrooms around Cincinnati, and after graduation they are eligible for paid teaching opportunities. 5-8 p.m. Friday.
