Gaslight Property has plans to develop a $16.5 million, 117-unit luxury apartment complex on Whitfield Avenue in Clifton. The development, dubbed Gaslight Manor, is Clifton’s first new apartment project in more than 35 years, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, along with five other children’s hospitals in Ohio, has received a $1 million grant to study child-abuse injuries, Attorney General Mike DeWine announced Dec. 19. American taxpayers have spent roughly $1.6 trillion on war since 9/11, according to a new report from the Congressional Research Service. That equals out to roughly $337 million a day, or $14 million per hour. More than half of the $1.6 trillion has gone toward operations in Iraq, while $686 billion has been spent on operations in Afghanistan, the report found. World -1
