The gap in bachelor-degree attainment between the country’s richest and poorest students by age 24 has doubled during the last four decades, according to the AP. 3CDC’s campaign to renovate historic Memorial Hall in Over-the-Rhine could move forward later this year. Leaders of the project have asked Hamilton County Commissioners to pitch in $1.5 million of the $7.8 million project.
