Cincinnati-based Ultimate Air Shuttle has announced that they will temporarily suspend select flight destinations amid Coronavirus concerns.
"In this rapidly changing environment we are all in, due to the Coronavirus 19, we have witnessed unprecedented demand changes," a press release from the airline reads. "The majority of our small to large corporations have issued travel bans until further notice. These bans have directly affected our operations."
Due to the decline in demand, beginning March 16, Ultimate Air Shuttle will suspend flights to Chicago, Charlotte, Charlotte to Atlanta, Atlanta to Charlotte, Nashville, and Cleveland midday flights.
They will continue operating Cleveland and Atlanta flights.
The airline noted that they would provide updates as to when they plan to resume the flights.
In order to complete a ticket cancellation and receive a full refund, call the Ultimate Air Shuttle Account Services Team at 1-800-437-3931. For tickets booked through GDS, the airline directs ticket holders to reach out to their travel agent.
"We apologize for this disruption of service on select destinations. We are hopeful this serious situation can be resolved and normal travel returns as soon as possible," the press release concludes.
