It’s a homecoming of sorts for two Cincinnati transplants this week at Go Bananas.
Mike Lukas, the headliner, hails from Cleveland and came to southwest Ohio for college. He stayed after graduating, working for AT&T. He now lives back in Cleveland with his wife and daughter and talks a lot about relationships on stage. “Women love me, the guys love me. I’m a good couple’s comic,” he says.
Sam Evans, the feature act, is a Toledo native and University of Cincinnati English Literature grad who lives in Brooklyn, N.Y. When people ask Evans what he expected to do with that degree he says, “Disappoint my father.”
