At least three of Cincinnati City Council’s four new members will appear at a meet-and-greet event next week in Price Hill to answer questions.
Chris Seelbach, Yvette Simpson and P.G. Sittenfeld are scheduled to attend the Jan. 5 forum, which will be held at Elder Hill School’s Schaeper Center. It’s uncertain at this time whether the fourth and final new council member, Christopher Smitherman, will attend.—-
Price Hill Will is organizing the session, which is free and open to the public. It will occur from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The new members will introduce themselves and answer questions from the audience.
"This is a great way for the people of Price Hill to get to get to know the new members of council,” said Matt Strauss, Price Hill Will’s marketing director, in a prepared statement. “And just as important, it is a great way for the new members of council to get to know the people of Price Hill.”
Founded in 2000, Price Hill Will is a community development corporation that strives to bring economic development, community engagement and physical revitalization to the Price Hill cluster of neighborhoods.
