Next season’s Crosstown Shootout has been moved to U.S. Bank Arena to prevent possible violence between players and fans. But who needs a Yancy Gates right hook when you can have a track full of women who would love nothing more than to knock out the competition’s teeth? A little bit of aggressive, point-scoring skating is a guarantee at the first annual Crosstown Knockdown. The Cincinnati Rollergirls look to rough up their neighbors to the south, the Black-n-Bluegrass Rollergirls. The undercard game between Cincinnati Rollergirls’ B team, the Violent Lambs, and the Little Steel Derby Girls (Youngstown, Ohio) begins at 7 p.m. Then comes the main event between the CRG’s Black Sheep and the B-n-BRG’s Blackouts beginning at 8:30 p.m. Cincinnati Gardens, 2250 Seymour Ave., Bond Hill. $5-$15. Tickets: 800-745-3000 or www.cincinnatirollergirls.com.
