Potters and pottery-buyers alike look forward to this annual event, and this year kids can enjoy it, too. A hands-on arts station will give them the chance to do their own thing with clay. DeSales Corner, where Madison Road begins and Woodburn crosses, will be alive with potters and their wares, both functional and decorative, and also with the tools and supplies needed to practice the craft. A ceramic vase by artist Terri Kern will be raffled off (tickets: 1 for $1; 6 for $5) and ceramic pieces created by Clay Alliance members will be given away hourly from the Clay Alliance booth. The Spring Pottery Fair, now in its 12th year, will take place 11 a.m.-5 p.m. rain or shine, with Jake Speed and the Freddies adding music to the mix from noon to 3 p.m. More information: 513-961-2728.
