Coming off January’s well-attended and superb concert by prepared-piano virtuoso Hauschka, the Contemporary Arts Center presents its next avant-garde event this Saturday when electroacoustic composer Daniel Wohl + TRANSIT appear.

The Paris-born, New York-based Wohl and the chamber ensemble together offer Corps Exquis, with Wohl handling electronics and TRANSIT playing acoustically while specially created videos by young New York visual artists screen. This project is inspired by the “exquisite corpse” parlor game in which a group of artists tries to create a unified whole by working on separate parts. Pitchfork calls this collaboration “beautiful and maze-like, with sounds emanating from all directions in your listening space.”

8 p.m. Saturday. $14; $8 for CAC members. 44 E. Sixth St., Downtown, contemporaryartscenter.org.
