Renaissance Festival

Whether you fancy yourself royalty, the court jester or just an average Joe, the lords and ladies of the Renaissance Festival summon all of Ohio to take part in their annual festivities in celebration of jousting, knighthood and the biggest turkey legs you’ve ever seen.

Step back in time to a 30-acre, 16th-century village and rub elbows with nobility and peasants alike. The village is bustling with ye olde merchants, musicians, singers, dancers and storytellers inviting you to play along for a day of living history. Try your hand at games of skill and human-powered rides, and who knows? You might just be the next Robin Hood or knight in shining armor.

Live out the legend every weekend through Oct. 30. 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day. $17 adults; $9 children; $100 season pass. 10542 E. State Route 73, Harveysburg, Ohio, renfestival.com.
