The Gorman Heritage Farm’s Savor the Season: Farm to Fork Celebration brings together some of Cincinnati’s top chefs to demonstrate springtime dishes using fresh produce from local farms. The day features chef demos and food tastings, farm tours, a variety of workshops (Composting 101, Beekeeping 101, Vegetable Garden Design, etc.), local brews and a Raid the Garden Chopped-style food competition featuring local chefs including Mike Florea of Maribelle’s eat + drink, Nick Marckwald of Hen of the Woods, Karol Osinski of the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati and more.
