20th Century Cincinnati will be bringing the self-conscious and forward-thinking modernist movement of the period between the First World War and the computer age back to the Sharonville Convention Center Saturday and Sunday. Fifty modernist dealers will be in attendance for those who want to take some modernism home. And Harper Art Studio is this year’s special exhibit and features the 1940s and ’50s art of Edie Harper, wife of artist Charley Harper. The beginning of the annual sale and show of vintage modern furniture, art and fashion will commence at 9 a.m. Saturday for those with Java Preview tickets. Preview tickets are available for $20 in advance and $25 at the door and are weekend passes that give you an exclusive Saturday-morning shopping period and a light non-vintage breakfast/coffee bar. Regular show/shopping hours are from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It’s $7 for a weekend pass.
