Celebrate Father’s Day weekend with some quality time in the kitchen. Grailville Retreat and Program Center in Loveland is hosting this Rites of Passage gathering in which fathers and daughters can together learn how to create and share simple and healthy foods. Rites of Passage gatherings are designed to support the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual journeys of girls on their paths to womanhood.
The program welcomes girls aged 11 and up and their dads or male mentors to learn together. Amanda Heisler, one of Grailville’s cooks, and her husband will lead this educational event.
$40 per pair. Scholarships are available.
