Mars, the red planet we send robots to, will be the featured planet for a four-night viewing extravaganza at the Cincinnati Observatory Center. “Marsapalooza” invites the public to participate in nightly classes about Mars, take tours of the observatory’s buildings and peep through the observatory’s historic 1843 and 1904 telescopes. If weather permits, visitors will also be able to see Orion Nebula and the moon. Reservations are recommended: call 513-321-5186. 8 p.m. Thursday-Sunday. $6 per person.
