The 82nd annual Academy Awards takes place on Sunday. That means so does People Working Cooperatively’s annual Oscar Night party, one of only 52 official Oscar night parties in America sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. And this party, themed “It Came from Hollywood,” is more than just an evening of watching the action, celebrity fashion and weepy acceptance speeches on the big screen. Arrive at the Hilton's Carew Tower Arcade in style with a red carpet welcome, then enjoy cocktails, some non-Oscar entertainment, drive-in movie inspired appetizers and a three-course gourmet meal in the Hall of Mirrors. There will also be silent and live auctions, door prizes and an array of other surprises.

If you don’t want to do the dinner, PWC is hosting a campy, B-movie after-party starting at 8 p.m. with more Oscars, music by djdq, casino games, pinball, appetizers, drinks, shag and twist dancing with the CincinnatiBopClub and hulahooping with Shine Yoga.

Tickets for the entire evening are $150, with after-party tickets priced at just $20. Proceeds go to benefit PWC, a non-profit organization that provides critical home repair, weatherization and maintenance services to low-income and disabled homeowners. 5:30 p.m.-midnight at the Carew Tower Arcade.
