Rev your engines! The 12th annual Roar of Thunder Powerboat Regatta is back to make waves on the placid Ohio River. Come down to scenic Aurora, Ind., for a fun-filled two days of powerboat racing. On Saturday make sure to stay for the Bill Stein Air Shows from California and the Kevin Coleman Aerosports show from Louisiana. Then come back Sunday for the divisional championship finals and another air show to wrap up the festivities. There’s free parking, free admission, free food and refreshments. Also make sure to check out the beer garden and antique boat displays. 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Lesko Park, along the Ohio River. 877-571-6004.
