Attention all art lovers, come out and mingle with artists and their creations Friday through Sunday at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington. Winterfair is a juried fair of fine art and fine crafts with over 200 artists participating. A wide variety of artwork will be showcased including ceramics, glass, wearable art, jewelry, sculpture, painting and photography. Winterfair, produced by the Ohio Designer Craftsmen, offers shoppers artwork priced at $15 to several thousand dollars. Visitors will also be able to browse a special section featuring the artwork of Kentucky Crafted: The Market and a Marketplace section devoted to gourmet food and products including salsa and wing sauce by Fatty and Skinny Brand Sauces and Salsa and lotion bars, bath bombs and lip balms by Ascent Handmade Gourmet Soaps. The Winterfair hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Admission for adults is $7 and free for children 12 and under.
