Lit: Don Heinrich Tolzmann

Local author Don Heinrich Tolzmann has made it his mission to spread Germany’s rich history to Cincinnati and beyond for more than three decades. One of Tolzmann’s many books on the subject is Christian Moerlein: The Man and His Brewery, which looks at the German immigrant who helped put this city on the beer-making map — at the time of his death, the brewery baring his name was the largest in Ohio and one of the largest in the United States. Tolzmann signs and discusses Christian Moerlein, which includes a foreword by current Christian Moerlein beer baron Gregory Hardman.
