They reportedly met with city officials yesterday led by Arn Bortz, former mayor and Towne Properties partner/Councilman Chris Bortz's super-rich uncle, to ask that they be removed. Bortz also accused protesters of defecating in the park and abusing people walking through, both well-known annoyances for neo-fascists. —-

Somebody stole a truck containing President Obama's teleprompter and podium from a Virginia hotel yesterday. The truck was reportedly recovered. No word on the presidential seals, though. The Defense Information System Agency says there was no sensitive information in the truck, just some of Barack's notes about jobs.
Meanwhile, Senate Democrats are working on scaled-back pieces of the $447 billion jobs bill that Republicans crushed last week.
