Hundreds of protesters gathered at Fountain Square on Tuesday to rally for ‘a better Ohio.” Or more specifically, an Ohio without John Kasich. The demonstration was organized by Stand Up for Good Jobs and Strong Communities, which is one of the groups that has been making a point during recent months to be heard wherever Kasich is speaking. Union officials were present at the Governor’s Chamber of Commerce Dinner in protest of Senate Bill 5.—-

Hamilton County Commissioner Todd Portune and Cincinnati City Councilman Wendall Young were in attendance at the Fountain Square rally to voice there own concerns. The rally was one of the 13 across the Tristate on Tuesday

A U.S. House panel has voted to stop the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gas emissions. The House Energy and Commerce passed a bill that would strip the E.P.A. of its authority to limit the emissions of heat-trapping gasses. All of the Republicans voted in favor and the bill, which was passed 34 to 19. Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif, said that the bill puts “the interests of politicians and big polluters ahead of the advice of medical experts and scientists who tell us EPA must act to make the air safer.

The lady who goes by the YouTube name of “Tamtampamela” has deleted her account after coming forward as the one who posted a video thanking god for the death of Japan’s “atheist” earthquake victims. We’re thanking god she’s done making videos on YouTube.
