Admit it, you've been thinking about starting your own small hotel. Or maybe you just want to make your living room feel like the swank lobby of one.

Starting tomorrow, you can stock up on all the things you'll need to achieve those goals at the now-shuttered Millennium Hotel downtown. Need a 600-pound crystal chandelier? How about a baby grand piano? You could get either for $2,500. Heck, if you bring the proper equipment to take the chandelier down from the ceiling and pack it up yourself, Dayton's International Content Liquidation, Inc. will let it go for a cool $900. That's a bargain.

There are, of course, more mundane items up for grabs, from table lamps ($10-$20) to wall art (as low as $5). The hotel's couches are going for $150 each.

Roughly 50 rooms worth of furniture and other items you'd find in a hotel are up for grabs, but you'll need to move them out of the rooms yourself.

The sale runs until everything is sold and will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. all week except Sunday, when it opens at noon.

City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County officials have been hoping for an upgrade to the 1960s-era hotel for years, but have been stymied until the sale of the property next to the convention center was negotiated recently. The city and county are using proceeds from the region's hotel tax to fund purchase and demolition of the hotel sometime in the coming year, with a new one slated to rise in its place.
