The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation will host six public meetings to gather public input about the planned transformation of Fountain Square. The first meeting is at 6 p.m. May 4 at the Colerain Township Community Center. The second meeting is at 6 p.m. May 5 at the College Hill Recreation Center. Two more meetings are scheduled for May 6 — one at noon at Christ Cathedral Church downtown and another at 6 p.m. at the Carthage Recreation Center. Taking Back the Night
The 15th annual Take Back the Night March and Candlelight Vigil starts at 7 p.m. Thursday at Bicentennial Commons in Sawyer Point. The march, designed to raise awareness about sexual and physical assault, ends in a ceremony at the Millennium Peace Bell in Newport. Resisting the Occupation
The International Socialist Organization hosts a public discussion about the continuing occupation of Iraq and the growing resistance there. The program is at 7 p.m. Thursday in room 368 of McMicken Hall at the University of Cincinnati.
