According to Julie Cassetina, public relations manager for the company, "The 20,000 square-foot space will sell Wayfair items that have been returned but are in good condition, as well as other discounted goods. Items for sale will include furniture, décor, home improvement, housewares and more."

After a few soft opening dates held in December, the outlet will officially open to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, with regular store hours of 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sundays.

They'll also be offering 20 percent off purchases during their three-day opening weekend.
