If you’ve ever uttered the words, “My dad has a barn — let’s put on a show!” you should board the Showboat Majestic for Babes in Hollywood, a revue inspired by the musical careers of Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney. That’s a good choice for many of the Showboat’s regulars, who grew up watching movies made in the 1930s and ’40s by this pair who were adolescent stars. But don’t think this is just for senior citizens: The tunes that Garland and Rooney made famous are classics such as “Over the Rainbow,” “On the Sunny Side of the Street,” “Meet Me in St. Louis” and “Come Rain or Come Shine.” A cast of four will reintroduce you to songs that will stick in your head for weeks to come. To use another title that you’ll hear, “That’s Entertainment.” Wed.-Sat. Through June 3. $17-$18. 513-241-6550.
