Boldly go to the The Final Frontier with the Cincinnati Pops, conductor John Morris Russell and narrator and sci-fi legend Takei as they perform epic scores from Star Wars and Star Trek along with intergalactic orchestral masterpieces like Holst’s The Planets and Strauss’ Also sprach Zarathustra (from 2001: A Space Odyssey).

Cincinnati Observatory astronomer Dean Regas will also be on hand projecting large-scale images from NASA onto the big screen while the Pops plays. Stick around after the performances for a stargazing lesson.
