Cincinnati's seminal Flying Pig Marathon is back for 2021 after having been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic last year. But along with the fun comes lots and lots of planning, even for those who aren't participating.
Several Metro bus routes will experience detours during Flying Pig events this weekend, primarily on Sunday. Here's what to look out for:
Friday, Oct. 29
- 8-9 p.m. on the 85 Riverfront Parking Shuttle
Saturday, Oct. 30
- 7 a.m.-3 p.m. for 27 Northside-Casey
Sunday, Oct. 31
- 6 a.m.-2 p.m. for the following routes: 4, 6, 11, 17, 19, 21, 24, 27, 31, 32, 33, 43, 46, 49, 51, 64 and 78
Motorists also will experience delays, thanks to several street closures. Read about where drivers can expect detours and delays.
