If you've found yourself wondering recently, "What happened to that band The Sundresses?," you can find out tonight (Friday) as the riotous local power trio brings its ass-whuppin' Post Punk/Blues/Rock/Roots sound and energized live show back to the clubs of Greater Cincinnati. The band is playing its first show at downtown's historic Arnold's Bar and Grill tonight; it's also the ’Dresses' first local show in around five months as they've been busy preparing a new album.—-
The band will be performing several new songs at tonight's free show, the first extended live preview of tracks from the forthcoming long-player, which is tentatively titled Harpoon Dagger. (The band has been posting videos like this one of rehearsals if you want a sneak peak; check out the Sundresses Facebook page for more.)
Here's a cute little commercial the band members made for the show.
