With coronavirus still here, public health is on a lot of people's minds. Luckily, a top-ranked degree program at the University of Cincinnati is training more medical personnel who can help take care of communities.
In its rankings released earlier this week, Bachelor's Degree Center counts UC's online public health degree among the top 15 in the United States. Coming in at No. 12, UC's online Bachelor of Science in public health is an interdisciplinary program in which students can concentrate on health promotion and education, prevention science or urban health. Full-time students can complete the program in four years, and graduates can sit for the Certified Health Education Specialist national certification exam.
Bachelor's Degree Center isn't the only college watchdog to view the University of Cincinnati favorably. U.S. News and World Report counts many UC online programs among the nation's best. U.S. News also ranks UC among the top 100 schools in the nation for public schools, engineering programs, colleges for veterans, and co-ops and internship opportunities.
The University of Cincinnati is the only Cincinnati-area college or university to make Bachelor's Degree Center's recent rankings for public health, which, in addition to the best online bachelor's degree, include lists for the best, fastest and most affordable bachelor's degrees in public health.
