Subscribers to Third Man Records’ “Vault” service — which allows access to a boatload of unreleased material and videos (among other perks) related to the artists on Jack White’s label, including the half-local band The Raconteurs and full local band The Greenhornes — were treated to two unreleased White Stripes tracks recently, Spin.com reports. Check out the cover tunes — of Love’s “Signed D.C.” and Otis Redding’s “I’ve Been Loving You” — below.

Speaking of The Raconteurs, which features the Greenhornes’ rhythm section of Patrick Keeler and Jack Lawrence, it was recently announced that the group would be reconvening for its first show in two years to play the inaugural MI Festival at Brooklyn, Mich., racetrack, the Michigan International Speedway. Though the band’s future seemed uncertain — what with all of the other project the band members are involved in — the Racs are showing they’re not dead yet. The band is co-headlining the festival with current Kid Rock tourmate Sheryl Crow.
