If you’re looking to get your significant other something more exciting than flowers or candy for Valentine’s Day this year, a quick trip to Loveland might be in order. Pure Romance is once again holding its annual warehouse sale, timed to coincide with the amorous holiday. The family-owned purveyor of sex toys, massage oils and other intimate accessories has gotten a lot of attention lately with the reality TV series Mother Knows Sex on TLC featuring owner Patty Brisben and her offspring. Once a year, the company opens up its warehouse and lets people stroll the aisles and ponder whether anal beads or a dual-action vibrator is the best way to say, “I love you,” to someone.
