Vice President Mike Pence is heading to Cincinnati on Wednesday, Oct. 21 for a "Make America Great Again!" rally and event (exclamation point via the Trump campaign description, not us).
The event will be held at Cincinnati Municipal Airport/Lunken Field (4765 Airport Road, East End).
Doors open at 4 p.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. People who want to attend can request two tickets per phone number at events.donaldjtrump.com, while they last.
And if you do attend, a COVID note (per donaldjtrump.com):
"By registering for this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; the host venue; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury."
Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Senator Kamala Harris will also make a campaign stop in Ohio this week; she'll be in Cleveland on Tuesday.
She canceled her Northeast Ohio stop scheduled for last Friday because a campaign staffer and an employee on a flight she was on tested positive for COVID-19. The visit was canceled out of an abundance of caution; Harris herself had recently tested negative twice and didn't come into contact with those who'd tested positive, the campaign reported. The cancellation was nevertheless in keeping with the Biden-Harris COVID protocols.
