FUSIAN loves making collaboration sushi rolls with both local and national businesses and past mash-ups have included a barbecue sushi roll with Eli’s BBQ and a hot chicken roll with Columbus’ Hot Chicken Takeover.
This current limited-time collaboration revisits a 2018 relationship with Luke’s Lobster, a sustainable fishery that sources its lobster from Maine.
The Luke’s Lobster roll retails for around $17 and includes fresh, wild-caught Maine lobster, celery and pickled fennel which is then topped with “salt and vinegar crunch,” parsley and Luke’s secret seasoning. It comes with a side of lemon butter.
