Great news for Brown Bear Bakery lovers — the Over-the-Rhine shop announced earlier this week that it will now open for business on Tuesdays, which means you can get your hands on those decadent salty chocolate chip cookies six days out of the week. 

The bakery posted on their Facebook page about the new schedule, telling their fans about their growth over the past several years.

We’ve got some really incredible news to share as we continue into our third December in the shop. The bakery has been and always will be a place of constant, steady growth. The team has been pushing and growing so that we can now be open every Tuesday morning with croissants, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, cookies, scones, muffins, and our full beverage menu. We can’t wait to welcome you in for a Tuesday morning treat,” the post reads. 

Brown Bear Bakery opened up shop in the summer of 2017 after running a successful pop-up business around the Cincinnati area. Owned by baker Blair Fornshell, the bakery offers a variety of incredibly tasty goods, ranging from savory scones and gooey cinnamon rolls to flaky croissants and shortbread cookies, coffee cake, breakfast sandwiches and more. They also occasionally host dinner pop-up events, like the recent pasta and pizza dinner. 

The bakery will be open from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
