Newport’s Campbell County Public Library is transforming their parking lot into a drive-in movie theater this weekend, inviting folks to enjoy an entertaining — and socially distanced — blast from the past.
The library is setting up a screen outside of the building and will feature 1980s cult-classic films Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and Labyrinth.
There are limited spots available, so the Campbell County Public Library suggests that guests show up early.
Pack your favorite film-viewing snacks and bevs: the double feature drive-in night kicks off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9.
