One downtown hotel’s wine program has garnered recognition at an international level.
Subito, the restaurant inside the Lytle Park Hotel, received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine. The magazine celebrates the best destinations in the world to drink wine, and Subito was one of the nearly 4,000 restaurants chosen.
“Earning Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year is a tremendous honor and a reflection of our team’s ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional dining experience at Subito,” Jeff Sweet, General Manager of the Lytle Park Hotel, said in a press release. “Our thoughtfully curated wine program is designed to complement Subito’s Northern Italian cuisine while offering guests opportunities to discover both celebrated and emerging producers. We are proud to receive this recognition once again and grateful to our culinary and service teams whose passion and expertise continue to elevate every guest experience.”
This is the third year in a row Subito has won the award. To be considered for the award, restaurants must offer at least 75 selections and feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
