Taste of the Land: A Foraged & Farmed Dinner at Long Branch Farm and Trails

Indigenous Peoples’ Day Convergence

For the seventh year in a row, the Urban Native Collective is hosting the Indigenous Peoples’ Day Convergence, a celebration of Indigenous people with an Indigenous art exhibition, a speaker series, workshops, performances, the annual feast and more.

Haunted Village

Oct. 10 and 11 from 6-10 p.m. at the Heritage Village Museum

At the Haunted Village, your kids can trick-or-treat through the town, meeting ghosts, witches and even a fortune teller along the way. And, if you dare, you can brave the Spooky Woods and make your way to the Elk Lick Haunted House; enjoy sea shanties with a crew of singing pirates; or pay a visit to Dr. Langdon’s Office, now under the direction of the tooth fairy.

Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company

Oct. 10 and 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Otto M. Budig Theater, Over-the-Rhine

The Count himself visits Cincinnati Shakespeare Company’s production of Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors, where the vampire classic swaps scary for campy as a female Van Helsing and company launch a humorous pursuit of Dracula.
