Looking to change up your workout routine? Want to try something new but don’t want to commit to a class pass?

Parks across Greater Cincinnati are offering plenty of weekly pop-up programs, ranging from yoga and Zumba to line dancing, all led by different studios and instructors.

Tuesday

Line Dancing with Erica — Line dance under the canopy at Summit Park. 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Sept. 28. Summit Park, 4335 Glendale Milford Road, summitparkblueash.com.

Cardio Jam — This is a low-impact, Latin-dance-based workout designed to “get the heart pumping and strengthen major muscle groups.” 5:30-6 p.m. Tuesdays through July 14. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine, washingtonpark.org.

Sage Flow Yoga — Sage Hot Yoga leads this vinyasa flow class that uses fluid movement to reconnect to your breath. 6:15-7:15 p.m. Tuesdays through July 14. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine, washingtonpark.org.

Yoga at Devou Park — This all-level flow class with Sage Yoga takes place at the Rotary Grove Memorial in Devou Park. 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays. Devou Park, 1201 Park Drive, Covington, sageyogaco.com.

Wednesday

Bodyweight Bootcamp with MVMT studio & Shred415 Redbank — Spend half an hour doing this full-body workout that builds strength and incorporates cardio. 5:30-6 p.m. Wednesdays through July 14. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine, washingtonpark.org.

Barre Blast with Mayerson JCC — Using the Lotte Berk barre method, participants use small movements and isometric resistance to lift and tone.
